Wonderful colour and wonderful detail! It's a sheer, non-stretchy fabric with delicate tiny mixed floral vertical stripes in wine red and white on a burgundy ground. Special details include pin tucks at the centre back, a stretchy smocked waist, long sleeves with a gathered cuff, and a sweet pair of ties at the neck tipped with flower petals in matching fabric.  It has an ILGWU union label, and likely dates from the late 70's or early 80's.

MATERIAL: No material tag, fairly sheer, non-stretchy synthetic. 

CONDITION:  Very faint vertical white line running 4" from hem at front left. Centre pin tuck needs re-stitching at top centre back. Faint 1/2 inch soil mark on top of right shoulder. Black marker on the inside label. Otherwise it's in excellent condition.
