Vintage 50s Blue Evening Dress Tulle Skirt Soutache Embroidery

Magical party dress with short sleeves and a sweetheart neckline, it has a fitted chest, nipped waist, and a long full skirt descending to the ankles. There is a matching, adjustable belt to accentuate the waist. The dazzle is all in the torso and upper waist which has the blue tulle background embroidered with soutache ribbon pattern and offset by tiny rhinestones inside the florets. Base is a mauve satin, except for the shouldrs and sleeves which remain sheer. Closes with a side zipper.
