This is the trademark sauce of the Tokyo restaurant Butadaigaku. It tastes great not only on pork bowls but a variety of other dishes.

How to Prepare the Perfect Pork Bowl:

1. Defrost the pork and heat a frying pan over low to medium heat.
2. Place the defrosted pork in the pan and lightly brown both sides. (Use cooking paper as needed to absorb excess water and fat.)
3. Once browned, turn off the heat and pour the sauce (about 20 g per serving) into the pan. Stir well to coat the pork evenly.
4. Serve the pork on top of your desired amount of rice, then drizzle the remaining sauce from the pan over the top. Add green onions or a half boiled egg to taste.
