To ensure the highest performance of your Bishop telemark binding, we recommend greasing the main springs with our Binding Butter at least every year or every million vertical feet, whichever comes first.

After three years or 3 million vertical feet, it is a good idea to replace your springs for the best performance and consistent flex.  These springs are the standard "stiff" springs that come with new BMF bindings. they work with both the BMF/R and BMF/3.  If you want a softer flex, check out our Softer Spring Kit.
