Arctic fine-dispersed powder-liberator is designed for specialists in the eyebrow industry. It can be used in several directions at once: both for LIGHTENING OWN MELANIN and for REMOVING COSMETIC PIGMENT, which makes it a very versatile, effective and, at the same time, very economical tool in the master’s work.

Application method:

1. Mix 1 part liberator powder with 2 or 3 parts oxidizing emulsion
   1.9% or 3% (depending on the chosen technique), apply the mixture to the eyebrows.
2. Leave for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired result
3. With the help a brow shampoo, a cotton pad and water, thoroughly remove the residue.
