Alain Vesselle Cuvée Thibaud Blanc de Noirs

This is a Non Vintage champagne made from 100% Pinot noir from granc cru village Bouzy, Montagne de Reims. Taste the difference and try a champagne from only Pinot noir. This gives the champagne a great body and gives a great impression of what Pinot noir brings to champagne. This is a Blanc de Noirs which means that it is made from "black" (noir) grapes, and it has been squeezed little enough to make a "white" (blanc) champagne. Alain Vesselle Makes 130.000 bottles a year, so they are still a small producer.
