Showing consistently, the 2021 Châteauneuf Du Pape La Fontaine Blanc has a richer, layered, opulent style as well as medium to full-bodied richness on the palate. Orange blossoms, brioche, acacia flowers, and ripe stone fruits all define the aromatics, and this beauty is geared for the dinner table. It's still lively and fresh, but drinking well, so I would enjoy bottles over the coming 2-4 years (even though I suspect it will have an interesting evolution beyond that as well).
