Tasting Notes: The nose is immediately open and expressive, redolent with wild strawberry and autumnal bramble fruits. On the palate, the tannins are finely realised, but firm, underpinning notes of loganberry, rosehip and goji berry. There is a savoury complexity here, which combined with the freshening lift of a vein of pure acidity, gives the impression of a walk in the forest on a crisp cold morning, a touch of woodsmoke in the air and leaves crunching under foot.
